Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Consultant to lead large scale, cross-functional initiatives in Medicaid enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large scale initiatives to drive performance improvement and compliance
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to support enrollment processes
• Facilitate project work, ensuring alignment of policy, process, and technology

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
• Five to seven years of related experience, preferably in health care or insurance
• Experience in training, presenting, and facilitating
• Proficiency in project management software such as Excel and Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of IT solutions relevant to business processes
