Business Process Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Consultant - Collections and Customer Service (Remote Position).

Key Responsibilities

• Support revenue cycle processes across multiple departments and workflows
• Create and manage financial and operational reports for data analysis
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to automated workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in system design or business/systems consulting
• Extensive knowledge of workflow and system design
• Revenue cycle experience preferred
• Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus but not required
