Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Consultant to lead large scale, cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in business case development and optimize business unit performance through alignment of policy, process, and technology
• Lead initiatives aimed at performance improvement, financial gains, customer satisfaction, and compliance
• Perform detailed analysis of data and workflows while providing policy guidance and organizing work teams for project success

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• Master's Degree in a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in health care, insurance, or a related field required
• Demonstrated experience in training, presenting, and facilitating required
• Knowledge and experience in leveraging IT solutions
