Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Consultant - Mutual Funds.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification and alignment of transformational improvement opportunities across large operations units
• Plan and evaluate complex cross-functional business process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Collaborate with IT to develop technical solutions that enhance operational capabilities and customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred
• Mastery of business analyst knowledge
• Significant experience in leading and communicating change
• Demonstrated ability to self-manage multiple workstreams with minimal oversight
