Business Process Consultant

Job Summary

Partnering closely with dealership management, the full-time remote Business Process Consultant will optimize pricing strategies and maximize the utilization of Service Pricing and CDK Service while delivering ongoing consultation and performance reviews to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage expertise in Fixed Operations and Service Pricing to align system configurations with client needs and industry best practices
• Conduct 30-day sustainment reviews and analyze performance reports to identify improvement opportunities
• Manage client engagements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with CDK Service and Service Pricing applications
• Proven experience in process improvement or consulting
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency with MS Office products, including Microsoft Office 365
