Business Process Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Patient Revenue Management Organization, the full-time Business Process Consultant will analyze revenue cycle processes, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with leadership to enhance operational efficiency in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyze financial opportunities within revenue cycle processes to improve performance and operational efficiency
• Create and implement strategies to reduce accounts receivable, improve net collection rates, and optimize workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate trends and establish improvement opportunities across the revenue cycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• A minimum of 7 years of work experience in revenue cycle analytics and operations
• Extensive knowledge of Epic systems and revenue cycle workflows
• Proven experience with business intelligence tools and statistical analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis effectively
