Job Summary
Leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Business Process Consultant will enhance operational performance and regulatory compliance for the Encounter Business Operations department while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitates optimization of encounter business operations by aligning policy, process, and technology
- Drives consensus and organizes work teams to ensure integrity in project work and effective implementation of initiatives
- Performs detailed analysis of data and workflows to identify potential solutions for executing initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required; Master's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of healthcare, insurance, or related experience required
- Prior experience working with encounters data and processes
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and Excel
- Experience in training, presenting, and facilitating initiatives
