Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Process Consultant for PRMO Operations Improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying system and workflow optimization opportunities
- Researching Epic system capabilities and collaborating with other healthcare systems
- Resolving system issues and overseeing testing, implementation, and validation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in system design, process workflow design, or business/systems consulting
- Extensive knowledge of analytical tools, business intelligence tools, and statistical packages
- Experience with workflows and technology supporting Pre-Service Verification and Cash Management
- Lean or Six Sigma certification a plus
