Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Consultant for PRMO Operations Improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying system and workflow optimization opportunities
  • Researching Epic system capabilities and collaborating with other healthcare systems
  • Resolving system issues and overseeing testing, implementation, and validation

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in system design, process workflow design, or business/systems consulting
  • Extensive knowledge of analytical tools, business intelligence tools, and statistical packages
  • Experience with workflows and technology supporting Pre-Service Verification and Cash Management
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification a plus
