A company is looking for a Sub-Servicing Business Process Design & Control SME Sr.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops reporting and analyzes data for loan servicing portfolio, recommending business processes and controls
• Defines and implements critical risk and performance metrics/controls to measure compliance and productivity
• Collaborates with various teams to implement changes in controls and monitor compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 10+ years of professional experience in loan servicing, preferably in Default/Collections
• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics
• 5+ years of leadership experience in developing others
