Job Summary
Driving continuous improvement in a remote environment, the full-time FLS Business Process & Documentation Specialist will create and manage documentation for company processes, translate complex technical information into user-friendly content, and design training materials to support team development.
Key responsibilities
- Create, write, and update documentation for processes, system requirements, and operational changes
- Design training materials and manage content for knowledge bases and internal communications
- Regularly review and refresh existing documentation to align with new product features and processes
Required qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field (equivalent practical experience counts)
- 2+ years of experience in a technical writing, documentation, or process-driven role
- Experience in fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple projects
- Strong organizational skills with a history of maintaining accuracy and detail under tight deadlines
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
