Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying strengths and weaknesses of existing internal processes and presenting findings to business process owners
• Defining requirements for information systems to support business process improvements
• Performing problem determination and root cause analysis to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Proven track record in transforming large-scale organizations using business process engineering methods
• 10+ years of experience in business analysis and modeling in an enterprise environment
• 2+ years of experience in the Hospital/Healthcare administration domain
• Lean process knowledge and Business analysis experience, certifications preferred
• BS degree in Information Technology or related technical discipline
