Business Process Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Engineer to support federal government enterprise data, analytics, and RPA programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
• Lead process mapping and workflow analysis activities across program functions
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives aligned with program goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence roles
• 1+ years' experience in RPA, Automation, and/or AI-ML implementations
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain a Secret clearance or higher
