Business Process Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Engineer to support transformation and optimization efforts within the Veterans Health Administration's Office of Healthcare Engineering & Facilities Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business process reengineering and performance improvement initiatives
• Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop optimized process solutions
• Develop reports, white papers, and executive briefings to communicate findings and recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in process improvement, consulting, or program support
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is desired
• Experience supporting federal or VA programs is preferred
• Experience with workflow automation or digital transformation tools is a plus
