Job Summary
Leading a large-scale business process mapping initiative, the remote contract Business Process Engineer III will facilitate workshops, document complex workflows, and train the Operations Project Team on best practices and methodologies.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate process discovery workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Document current-state and future-state business processes, including process maps and workflows
- Coach and train team members on process mapping methodologies and documentation standards
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business process mapping or engineering
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops and document complex operational processes
- Strong expertise in BPMN, swim lane diagrams, and workflow mapping
- Ability to quickly understand and document cross-functional business processes
