Business Process Excellence Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Business Process Excellence (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team addressing complex, enterprise-wide business problems using continuous improvement best practices
• Provide thought leadership for business process management maturity strategy and develop best practices for process design and innovation
• Drive innovation by recommending and implementing business process automation solutions in collaboration with IT and functional leaders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 5 years of related professional experience
• 1 year of supervisory experience or demonstrated progressive leadership experience
• Preferred certification: Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies preferred
