Job Summary
To support the growth of governance capabilities, the remote Business Process Governance Engineer will design and implement processes, workflows, and documentation for Data, Information, and AI Governance programs, operating with significant autonomy and minimal oversight over a duration of 5+ months.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement governance processes, workflows, and documentation for various governance programs
- Translate business needs into practical frameworks, tools, and training materials
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption and identify gaps, proposing and executing solutions
Required qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in business process, governance, compliance, IT business analysis, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Strong process design, documentation, and analytical skills
- Ability to build structure from ambiguity and operate independently
- Experience communicating effectively across technical and executive audiences
