Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, Business Process Improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise and direction on complex projects in Group Protection Underwriting systems
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Consult and collaborate with stakeholders to support business results through project work
Required Qualifications
  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in Business Process Improvement and project management
  • Proficiency in Underwriting systems and tools, specifically Quest and UWWB platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; VBA coding is a plus
  • Experience or understanding of Agile IT development methodology
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
