Job Summary
A company is looking for a Consultant, Business Process Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expertise and direction on complex projects in Group Protection Underwriting systems
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
- Consult and collaborate with stakeholders to support business results through project work
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in Business Process Improvement and project management
- Proficiency in Underwriting systems and tools, specifically Quest and UWWB platforms
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; VBA coding is a plus
- Experience or understanding of Agile IT development methodology
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
