Job Summary

To enhance organizational efficiency, the full-time Business Process Improvement Consultant will identify, develop, and implement strategies for process optimization, collaborate across departments, and utilize project management skills to ensure successful execution of initiatives in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Evaluate existing processes to identify inefficiencies and develop detailed process maps to support analysis
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather input and build consensus on process improvement initiatives
  • Create and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness and ROI of process improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum five years of experience in process improvement or business analysis, with at least two years in impactful process improvement
  • Experience in the mortgage industry and familiarity with BPMN preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
  • Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools, and experience with metrics and ROI analysis
