Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Improvement Specialist to drive business transformation through process optimization and change leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Enterprise Initiative projects by applying business process tools and techniques
  • Lead cross-functional Business Process Improvement (BPI) projects to identify root causes and implement solutions
  • Provide internal consulting to leadership with strategic recommendations and align deliverables with enterprise goals
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business process improvement or related field
  • In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of relevant experience is acceptable
  • Strong understanding of business processes and their impact on operations
  • Proven expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
