Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Business Process Improvement Specialist will analyze performance data, drive process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement efficient solutions within the Retirement Operations team.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop recommendations based on data analysis and communicate them to management and stakeholders
- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities across workflows, enhancing efficiency and customer experience
Required qualifications
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 1-3+ years of experience in Business Process Improvement, including project management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong relationship management skills with internal clients
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects
