Business Process Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and adoption of SAP S/4HANA business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to ensure alignment of the global process template during the S/4HANA implementation
• Lead workshops and change management activities to promote end-user readiness and adoption
• Manage the review and validation of functional specifications and oversee defect resolution throughout deployment phases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in business process design and SAP implementations, specifically S/4HANA Source-to-Pay processes
• Strong understanding of business processes in the consumer goods or tobacco industry
• Skilled in reviewing technical documentation, including RICEFW specs and configuration settings
• Experience managing change requests and defect resolutions during testing and deployment phases
