Job Summary

Business Process Lead, an experienced professional supporting enterprise-level initiatives in a full-time remote role, focusing on process improvement, solution delivery, and organizational readiness across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and refinement of end-to-end business processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure coordinated delivery across initiatives
• Contribute to the creation of process documentation and assist in communicating proposed changes to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of proven leadership experience
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise transformation projects
• Experience using SAP required
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline required; advanced degree preferred
• Extensive experience supporting business process or operational initiatives
