Business Process Lead

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise-level initiatives in a remote capacity, the Business Process Lead will manage process improvement, solution delivery, and organizational readiness efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and refinement of end-to-end business processes
• Ensure alignment of process approaches with organizational frameworks and objectives
• Identify and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven leadership experience
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise transformation projects
• Experience using SAP is required
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• Familiarity with enterprise systems and large-scale change efforts
