Job Summary

To support enterprise-level initiatives, the remote Business Process Lead will manage the development and refinement of business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the development and refinement of end-to-end business processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure coordinated delivery across initiatives
• Contribute to the creation of process documentation, requirements, and solution artifacts

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of proven leadership experience
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise transformation projects
• Experience using SAP is required
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline is required; advanced degree preferred
• Extensive experience in complex, cross-functional environments
