Business Process Lead

Job Summary

To support enterprise-level initiatives, the remote Business Process Lead will manage process improvement, solution delivery, and organizational readiness efforts while collaborating with business and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and refinement of end-to-end business processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure coordinated delivery across initiatives
• Assist in communicating proposed changes and their impacts to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Customer-to-Cash (C2C) and/or Order-to-Cash (O2C) required
• 10+ years of proven leadership experience
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise transformation projects
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline required; advanced degree preferred
• Experience using SAP required
