Business Process Lead

Job Summary

To support a large-scale ERP transformation within a manufacturing environment, the remote Business Process Lead will drive end-to-end process design and stakeholder alignment for customer-to-cash workflows, ensuring compliance with global ERP standards while addressing local business needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end design of the customer-to-cash process, ensuring alignment with global ERP templates and local requirements
• Lead design workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system integrators
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and implementation partners, ensuring alignment on processes and stakeholder buy-in

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive experience with 5+ years focused on business process transformation and ERP implementation
• Strong experience with customer-to-cash (C2C) processes and pricing strategy
• Proven business partner management experience across cross-functional teams
• Experience working with system integrators on ERP design and deployment initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
