Business Process Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst in Business Process Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze processes and system functionality to identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects to deliver system enhancements and process improvements
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure successful project outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodology and toolset
• 5+ years of Business Process Management experience
• Experience with creating project charters, documenting workflows, and performing root cause analysis
• Experience with Visio or other flowcharting tools
