Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Process Manager - Higher Education Advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on structuring and evolving their advancement functions through organizational design assessments and operating model recommendations
- Lead assessments and redesigns of core advancement workflows to enhance operational effectiveness and alignment with institutional strategy
- Collaborate with senior advancement leaders to define operational vision and prioritize improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in higher education advancement with exposure to organizational design and process improvement
- Strong understanding of the structure and operation of advancement organizations
- Experience in leading organizational assessments and strategic planning for advancement leadership
- Familiarity with major advancement platforms at a functional level
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications preferred
