Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Manager - Higher Education Advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on structuring and evolving their advancement functions through organizational design assessments and operating model recommendations
  • Lead assessments and redesigns of core advancement workflows to enhance operational effectiveness and alignment with institutional strategy
  • Collaborate with senior advancement leaders to define operational vision and prioritize improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of experience in higher education advancement with exposure to organizational design and process improvement
  • Strong understanding of the structure and operation of advancement organizations
  • Experience in leading organizational assessments and strategic planning for advancement leadership
  • Familiarity with major advancement platforms at a functional level
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications preferred
