Job Summary
Driving scalable revenue growth, the full-time remote Business Process Manager will design and optimize commercial processes, manage incentive programs, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Analytics, Finance, and Regional Directors.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage override incentive programs to drive sales growth and ensure profitability
- Map and analyze end-to-end commercial processes, identifying gaps and bottlenecks
- Develop and implement partner-level payment management frameworks to optimize payment methods and enhance revenue
Required qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in project management, revenue growth, revenue operations, or business process optimization
- Strong process design and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at scale
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and strong working knowledge of Tableau/Power BI
- Solid understanding of pricing, incentives, and partner engagement
- English proficiency at C1+ level or higher is a must
