Business Process Manager

Job Summary

Managing the strategy, design, and delivery of the client's digital ecosystem, the remote Business Process Manager will translate business vision into actionable digital solutions while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer journeys and streamline processes.

Key responsibilities

• Translates business vision into documented needs, articulating requirements for development and delivery teams
• Creates and maintains business process maps to align solutions with customer experience objectives and operational efficiency
• Leads business discovery sessions and represents the business in Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Strategy, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in digital product management, Agile delivery, or platform strategy
• Experience leading enterprise-level digital initiatives involving websites or e-commerce platforms
• Ability to translate business goals into scalable digital solutions using structured Agile artifacts
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize customer journeys and map business processes to digital solutions
