Business Process Mapping Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Mapping Specialist to support a proof-of-concept initiative focused on automating QA/QC procedures with AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business sponsors and QA managers to document and process map existing QA/QC procedures
• Create detailed process maps using Lucidchart or Visio
• Support backlog grooming by mapping multiple procedures for handoff to development teams

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business process mapping and documentation
• Hands-on expertise with Lucidchart and/or Visio
• Self-starter comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not required
