Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain processes, procedures, process maps, job aids, and workflows while providing insights for business initiatives
  • Consult with stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination for successful project implementation
  • Prepare presentations and reports, and facilitate team meetings to drive project goals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with 5+ years, or a high school diploma with 8+ years of experience
  • Expertise in interpreting health insurance content and developing engaging content
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations related to health insurance
  • Proficiency in word processing, flow diagrams, and spreadsheets
  • Experience with collaborative teams and project management
