Business Process Outsourcing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Outsourcing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, and financial reporting
• Manage onshore and offshore staff performing transactional and technical accounting activities
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and ensure compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or similar role
• Experience across various industries, particularly professional services, manufacturing, construction, and healthcare
• Excellent knowledge of accounting processes and GAAP
• Experience with multiple accounting systems and expert in Excel
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field is preferred; professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
