Business Process Outsourcing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager (Auto Dealership Services) in Business Process Outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations including general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, and financial reporting
• Manage onshore and offshore staff performing transactional and technical accounting activities
• Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and improving internal operations

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or similar role
• Experience with dealership groups and effective communication with stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes and GAAP
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field preferred
• Experience with Dealership Management Systems and proficiency in Excel
