Job Summary

To support the bank's operational efficiency, the full-time Business Process Owner will plan, direct, and coordinate activities for moderately complex processes, focusing on problem definition, evaluation of requirements, design, testing, and implementation of business processes.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develops and manages business processes to enhance performance and align with enterprise strategy
  • Identifies and mitigates operational and compliance risks associated with owned processes
  • Utilizes data analytics to measure process performance and inform stakeholders on improvements
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in a Contact Center environment
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments
  • Demonstrated ability in process improvement and quantifying benefits achieved
  • Experience in strategic problem-solving and developing innovative solutions
