Job Summary

To support the bank's operational efficiency, the full-time Business Process Owner will plan, direct, and coordinate activities for complex processes, focusing on problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of business processes in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develops and manages business processes to align with enterprise strategy and enhance customer performance
  • Identifies and mitigates operational and compliance risks while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
  • Utilizes data and analytics to measure process performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in a Contact Center environment
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration to achieve project goals
  • Demonstrated ability in process improvement and quantifying benefits achieved
  • Strategic problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions
