Business Process Owner

Job Summary

Driving the end-to-end contract lifecycle management process, the full-time remote Business Process Owner will define, govern, and continuously improve CLM practices across Gas Power Services, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the end-to-end business process owner for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), focusing on process design, governance, and continuous improvement
• Define and maintain the CLM process strategy and multi-year roadmap, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and operational objectives
• Establish and govern standard work for CLM across business lines and regions, driving simplification and minimizing customization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Extensive experience in Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Process Excellence
• Strong understanding of Gas Power Services commercial operating processes and contract execution workflows
• Demonstrated experience owning or governing cross-functional business processes in a complex global environment
• Proven ability to build alignment and influence outcomes across a broad range of stakeholders
