Business Process Re-Engineering Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Re-Engineering Specialist to analyze and improve business processes in alignment with Oracle EBS implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to analyze, redesign, and implement improved business processes
• Support the development of necessary documentation including business processes and flow diagrams
• Conduct process modernization projects using process improvement methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance
• 7+ years of experience in business process re-engineering
• Bachelor's degree
• Understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and capabilities
• Experience with BPMN and low-code/no-code platforms
