Business Process Re-Engineering Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Re-Engineering Specialist to support enterprise-wide process optimization efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BPR efforts, including process analysis and documentation
• Develop process models and flow diagrams using BPMN standards
• Guide organizational change through change management strategies and training programs

Required Qualifications

• Active DoD security clearance (Secret or higher)
• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of process improvement and change management principles
• Demonstrated experience leading process transformation efforts
• Familiarity with DoD systems, particularly Oracle-based environments
