Business Process Re-Engineering Specialist

Job Summary

To support Defense Logistics Agency programs, the full-time Business Process Re-Engineering Specialist will assist in identifying business needs, prepare project plans, and facilitate the implementation of new functionalities while communicating with both business and technical personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the identification, assessment, and recording of business needs and technology solutions
• Prepare and track project plans from inception to completion
• Facilitate the implementation of new functionalities, including training and troubleshooting

Required qualifications

• Four years of relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree required
• One year of experience in business process re-engineering
• Experience with EDI/XML electronic data exchange and logistics functions
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3
