A company is looking for a Business Process Redesign Consulting Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides expert consulting on process improvement initiatives and business strategies
• Manages complex projects and programs independently, ensuring successful outcomes
• Supports the design and implementation of continuous process improvement programs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in a related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of related work experience, including 5 years in process improvement or project management roles
• P&C Insurance experience required
• Experience managing large-scale process improvement projects
• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or project management (PMP) preferred
