Business Process Reengineering Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Business Process Reengineering Specialist will provide process modernization support for NIH NIAID Enabling and Advancing Technologies (NEAT), managing process improvement methodologies and facilitating the transition of organizations toward automated processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages the application of process improvement and reengineering methodologies
• Leads the transitioning of organizations or project teams in achieving goals through improved automated processes
• Coordinates between customers and multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience supporting reengineering projects for Health IT software development initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field
• Active Public Trust or higher security clearance
• Strong management skills in overseeing process improvement and reengineering projects
• In-depth knowledge of activity and data modeling
