Managing business process improvement projects from initiation to completion, the full-time Business Process Solutions Manager will ensure optimal customer and client experiences while collaborating with team members to identify process optimization opportunities and executing enhancements.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process optimization opportunities

Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
  • Proven experience in business process services and project management
  • Proficiencies in process analysis and improvement
  • Continuous learner with knowledge of industry trends in customer experience and process optimization
