Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Support change management efforts and ensure staff onboarding materials are complete
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Three years of experience in applicable operations
  • Knowledge of business processes, policies, and standards relevant to the role
  • Experience in analyzing business process improvements and large-scale projects
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
