Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Specialist - Annuity and Settlement Options New Business, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for departmental initiatives and lead medium to large projects
• Maintain end-to-end process knowledge and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement change management materials to support new processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience in service processing and/or operations environment
• Proven critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to work independently
• Experience in improving and/or creating processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
