Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Specialist- Life, Health, Annuity New Business (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run-the-business by problem solving a variety of issues and supporting New Business Issue Reps and other key business partners
  • Perform trend analysis, support audits and regulatory needs, and assist with small projects
  • Maintain and improve processes and procedures for efficient operations

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in service processing and/or operations environment
  • Experience with improving and/or creating processes
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Proven organizational skills
