Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Process Specialist- Life, Health, Annuity New Business (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Run-the-business by problem solving a variety of issues and supporting New Business Issue Reps and other key business partners
- Perform trend analysis, support audits and regulatory needs, and assist with small projects
- Maintain and improve processes and procedures for efficient operations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in service processing and/or operations environment
- Experience with improving and/or creating processes
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Proven organizational skills
