Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Business Process Transformation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end analysis and redesign of complex operational processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
• Assess current operating models and workflows to understand inter-team and inter-system work dynamics
• Design future-state processes that enhance operational efficiency and consistency

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in business process transformation or operational strategy
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale operational improvement initiatives
• Strong expertise in process mapping and operational analysis
• Proven ability to develop scalable business solutions from complex operational challenges
• Lean, Lean Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodology certification is preferred
