Job Summary

Focusing on process improvements within finance operations, the remote Business Process Transformation Manager will identify, design, and implement technology-enabled enhancements, particularly in accounting workflows such as Accounts Payable and General Ledger support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through workflow redesign and technology enablement
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to analyze current processes and recommend efficiency solutions
  • Lead the implementation of technology-enabled process improvements, including automation and AI-supported capabilities
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems, Engineering, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5-8+ years of experience in process improvement, workflow design, or technology-enabled business improvement
  • Experience in IT, consulting, finance, or accounting operations is preferred
  • Strong skills in documenting and improving business processes using technology solutions
  • Ability to analyze current-state operations and design scalable future-state solutions
