Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Transformation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document and analyze current business processes and workflows, proposing improvements leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot and Generative AI
  • Facilitate workshops to conduct gap analyses and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Design high-level architectures for Microsoft 365 solutions, collaborating with internal teams to showcase productivity enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 6+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree with 2+ years of experience
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvement and design that drive ROI
  • Experience managing projects in relevant technologies (e.g., cloud, Microsoft platform)
  • Experience applying critical thinking to identify improvement opportunities in complex processes
  • Certifications in Lean, Business Process Management, Change Management, Six Sigma, Agile, or PMP are preferred
