Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Transformation Supervisor to support high-impact transformative projects in the heavy industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure project alignment and delivery
  • Prepare and present weekly reports on project status, risks, and progress
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a comparable field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in a people management role, preferably leading a team of 10+ FTEs
  • 2+ years of experience in claims processing or insurance operations
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
  • Eagerness to grow into a leadership role and support team development
